Indeed, the p2 version of the update mechanism is the one I wanted. Why do I see than these old menus (now I am not launching with org.eclipse.update* anymore)? What plugins should I include in my launch config in order to have: "Check for Updates" and "Install New Software" menus under the Help menu?
