I'm confused by the Tycho "Eclipse-run" works statement. Does this mean we
are running the tycho build tools on top of a luna base?

Subject: [platform-dev] I-build re-build request ... to begin at 10 AM

While the main focus this week needs to be on the M-build, since that is
our RC2 contribution for Kepler SR1, There's some issues with the I-build
indicate a re-build would be helpful. Those issues are described in

Bug 415966 - Did I (we) break .api_description generation?

It seems that yes, I (we) did break .api_description generation, and now I
know how to fix it ... but, that still leaves some bundles
without .api_descriptions ... I suspect because it was broken previously?
And now about 30 bundles need to be "touched" so their qualifiers increase,
and they get their .api_descriptions back. So, the purpose of the re-build
is to verify this on build.eclipse.org run (so far, I'm going based on my
test machine) and if there are 30 that need to be "touched", it gives teams
an opportunity to do so before next week's I-build.

Sorry for the churn. An interesting case of how equinox changes in Luna
effect the precise way that Tycho "eclipse-run" works!
