I opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=533818 to commit
changes to improve the various Oomph setups for the platform.
The first review https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/121416/ was created and
the build passed, though that's kind of pointless because the Oomph
setups have no impact on the build). But anyway, CI Bot verified it
and I gave it a +1 as well. I would have expected as a committer than I
could now merge it. But that appears not to be the case.
For the recent election, the link did no allow me to vote either.
Is there something the PMC needs to do? Or something the foundation
needs to do? Or am I misunderstanding some part of the process that I
didn't follow that prevents me from merging my changes?
