[platform-dev] Selection hard to see on Linux (dark theme)

I'm trying Eclipse on Linux (default Manjaro Gnome) and attached is a 
screenshot of the code completion popup with hard to read colors (middle 
gray on middle blue). To which GitHub repository I should report that?
