Encapsulate acer_suspend() and acer_resume with #ifdef CONFIG_PM_SLEEP
to get rid of the following warnings:

[-Wunused-function]
  ../acer-wmi.c:2068:12: warning: ‘acer_resume’ defined but not used 
[-Wunused-function]
