Look at the gazebo.cfg file in the gazebo sources (gazebo/player/gazebo.cfg).

The first driver should look like:

driver
(
  name "gazebo"
  provides ["simulation:0"]
  plugin "libgazeboplugin"
  server_id "default"
)
