I've run into the same problem with the Mac OS X HFS which is also  
case-insensitive. The best I could do was check it out on a linux  
box, remove the offending (empty) folder, and then do an svn export  
and svn import to get it into my development environment.

Since the "Camera" folder is empty, could it be removed? This is only  
a matter of convenience for those on case-insensitive systems.
