Hi All, I know there is something called mailing list etiquette which requires me to search if my questions were being answered. But i have a nagging feeling that the questions i will be asking are very "newbie" and "completely no idea what i am getting into" questions as i have not gotten the program n LINUX and i am just preparing myself for it.
Firstly, i have been looking around and it seems that gazebo cannot run on WINDOWS unless you do 'special' things to it like VMWare or running it as a CD. So can i say that there is no WINDOWS version at all? Secondly, if there is no windows version, means i have to use LINUX. Any basic commands i should know to get me up and running in LINUX when using gazebo? Thirdly, as i have not actually seen gazebo work on the LINUX yet, can anyone please tell me which is the language i should be writing in for gazebo? Fourthly, i know that player and gazebo are linked. Can i say that player simulates the robot and gazebo simulates the environment? Lastly, i would like to apologise again if these questions were being asked before and i humbly ask for your help!
