You're absolutely right. I assumed people wasn't allowed to create accounts by themselves, but it seems I was wrong. Good thing.
However, I still think that creating a wiki page that enable users to easily contribute with documentation would be a good idea. Moreover, interesting sections of such a wiki page could be merged into the official Gazebo documentation. Should I create the wiki page?
