Employee Relation, Risk Management & EHS Manager Responsibilities: · To ensure all industrial, government, and community relation activities are well managed and carried out in order to prevent unnecessary impact / interruption to the business as a result of labor, legal and community related issues · To ensure all business practices are in line with good corporate governance principles, including CEVA Code of Business Conduct, policy and procedures, law and regulations · To manage and ensure high quality or HR services for CEVA employees through a defined service level agreement and standard operating procedures · To manage the policy and procedure implementation, training, audit, reporting and all preventive action of Health & Safety activities in the company · To ensure employees in the company work safely and protect the company image · To manage the implementation & maintain the company quality standards & certifications · To implement and manage the company risk management program in line with company requirements Requirements: · Bachelor degree with major in Law · 5 years of experience in industrial relation, risk management, and quality also health & safety · Strong knowledge in Indonesia Labor Law and system certification · Familiar with ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 · Proven leadership, teamwork & good communication skill · Willing to travel · Fluent in English both oral and written · Familiar with MS Office Please send your application letter to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> or [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
