- switch to license-installer.sh from SVN (via DistFiles)
- R: rpm-build-tools >= 4.4.35 (because of ne CVS layout
- drop R: wget (used by rpm-build-tools)
- parse @DATADIR@ macro used in new license-installer.sh
- not tested, please help to test it
