- added format patch (fixes build with -Werror=format-security)
- rename sr@ije locale to sr@ijekavian
- better description for -libs
- package base docs
- python-pyatspi_corba O: its old name (python-pyatspi < 2, before it has

by at-spi2/DBus based implementation)
