Revert "ACPI_IPMI=y and IPMI_HANDLER=y, https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/2/18/383";
This reverts commit 8e2b4c6f8820c4f8bd9472443444ed25b0d25b90. Wait until
upstream agrees on and this will actually come with upstream
automatically then.
