while the restart works fine inside vserver. don't know solution to this, but
as a workaround disable service restarts in ''/etc/sysconfig/rpm''

+ if some group is provided by multiple packages and one is deinstalled, the
users will be removed. this is because the rpm binary is not available with
external package management for rpm scripts.
