- package bpgview (+bcond to disable, it requires SDL+SDL_image)
- bcond to build bpgenc with x265 support
- nothing seems to require libjpeg-turbo implementation, use generic
libjpeg-devel BR
- portability seems to depend on ffmpeg code, which is more portable than
just x86
