- back to non-namespaced stylesheets, release 2
Switching is not just changing import, but requires adaptation of XSLs,
by using namespace in references to docbook symbols.
E.g. <xsl:template match="book|article"> should be "d:book|d:article".
Without this change .devhelp2 indexes are not generated.
Unless one adds every required change, we need to stick to nons.
