any reason to have it on by default? because 1. current apache1 from ac crashes with virtualhosts (i haven't tested does it work without vhosts, ie does it work at all) 2. i have no interest of fixiing ipv6 patch 3. probably there's nobody interested in fixing the patch 4. you can always use apache2 if you need ipv6 ;)
