I'd rather use traditional naming for binary packages:
-n ntfs-3g-{libs,devel,static} - the library
-n ntfs-3g - FUSE-based mount (and helpers, if any)
-n ntfs-3g-{udev,hal}
-n ntfsprogs - utilities (not depending on FUSE, but with R: ntfs-3g-libs now)
Seems reasonable, good way to avoid extra `Obsoletes:'.
