it's not present as module, but seems to be present as config:
# grep -c mei_me /proc/modules
0
# zgrep CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_ME /proc/config.gz
CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_ME=y
it's logging where? my dmesg and /var/log are not showing anything
"interesting"
need to google probably :P
