i used dracut.
didn't test pld geninitrd (it had also problems with systemd, so i
decided to try dracut)
no idea what is geninitramfs, the debian initramfs?
dracut i enabled hostonly config, and it does include systemd with udev
on the initramfs.img
and as i just built the dracut image, the udev on initrd and host should
be identical version.
