pythonegg(python-levenshtein) = 0.10
It seems that pythonegg provides are lowercased.
(to be verified in rpm .prov script, no time atm.)
rpm pythoneggs script relies on Distribution.key property, which is (in
Python pkg_resources system module) equal to lowercase 'name' egg
field.

yes, it's lowercase and all unknown chars are changed to "-", that includes "_"

don't have the source code reference right now, but i checked from from distribute module source
