removed grub legacy from th
it's broken at least since 2015 february, and nobody bothered even to
test that it actually works.

the problem is that due our broken linkage (or whatever) the stage1 is
130mb, so it's unusable (too big) for anything,
and if you do not know that, you get grub installed but it hangs at
boot, because it was not really properly installed.
this will hopefully save someones precious time in the future.
