Zainstalowałem proftp-inetd i systemd-inetd.
Nie można się połączyć z serwerem ftp.
Na innych serwisach wystarczy:

i działa, po:

Powie Ci co powinienieś zrobić zamiast:
rc-inetd services are started natively by systemd, use "systemctl
--system daemon-reload" to regenerate rc-inetd services.
proftpd powinno działać, na tym testowałem generator.
