Wiesz ile mnie kosztowało dojście że jednak tak musi być? :)
Z tego co się zorientowałem, expat wykorzystuje tego PyXML, a wcześniejsza
wersja chyba zle obsługuje UTF... wystarczy że się wczyta starszą wersje
albo ją zlikwiduje i python się (u mnie) nie buduje (z testami oczywiście).
