Przy czym efekt ten występuje tylko po 'graceful',
po zwyłym stop/start wszystko jest OK.
Jest jakiś sposób żeby zdiagnozować co go "boli"?
Możesz próbować apache-mod_whatkilledus i apache-mod_backtrace.
Spróbowałem i mam:
