hmm that's a good reason. But maybe add some primitives to the user-space
code so you can at least tell Plex86 that you'd want it to be reserved
whenever PCI is supported..

Maybe if I got some time to spare (working trough 10K of PHP3 code at the
moment) I'll go see if I can add something..
