Since I'm going to Linux-Kongress 2000, I'm going to take some fun days while I'm in Germany. I want to hike in the German/Austrian Alps. If anyone can point me at the best multi-day hikes (where I can stay in a hut) or single day hikes, I'd be grateful. Will be in Munich for a couple days too. Besides drinking way to much beer at Oktoberfest, any pointers there much appreciated too. I'm having a little trouble finding good links to this kind of stuff in English, especially hiking.
