Added emulation of more user level integer-oriented instructions.
Only a few more to go... Then on to running Linux/Windows in the VM.
Hoping to finish emulation of the rest of the user level integer instructions
in the next day or two. The system instructions we can do as we implement
the virtualization, since they are dependent on it.
Anyways, this ought to eliminate unnecessary panics and make life easier.
Can't wait to get back to booting OSes inside plex86...
