Kernel Module problems with 2.4.0-test10

I ran misc/load_module.sh and got the following
"misc/../kernel/plex86.o: unresolved symbol current_got_fatal_signal
The kernel module failed to load!"
this seems to be a probem in 2.4.0-test10 because everything ran fine on
test2 and test9 any ideas on how to fix?
