Yes. My source tree compiles but doesn't actually do anything
useful yet (apart from being a quick way to crash NT!).
It's not that easy to build - you need :-
- Visual C++ 6
- Mingw32 GCC 2.95.2 (plus latest ld)
- Win2K DDK (or hopefully NT4 DDK)
- Cygwin (just for initial configure)
It will only work on Win2K/NT4. The WDM stuff (for Win98/Me)
doesn't support all the memory manager calls I'm using.
If there are any NT DDK hackers out there (i.e. anybody who
won't just say 'it doesn't work!') I'd be happy to make a
snapshot available.
