I think the best thing to do, is to start documenting how
to configure, compile and run plex86 from a user's view.
Reading source code is not necessary.

Start from a top level intro doc.  Then have links to
various tasks, such as:

  running ./configure (with configure options)
  installing the VGA font.
  creating disk image files for various sizes with 'dd'.
  user config file options
  a FAQ
  running both the kernel module and user program, including
    user program options.

I haven't heard much on the XML/SGML front.  Assume use
of XML/DocBook for now.  Even some skeleton files would
be a good start.
