Fixed handling of 16-bit stack segments in guest when monitored in PM.
QNX v4 demo boot floppy works now.
The recent fix may have fixed booting some other OSes. I think
I'll focus on turning SBE off for ring3 code (when user config file
specifies this), and some other performance issues. We have enough
OSes working now for reference to warrant enhancements on the
performance front. More speed is needed anyways to test installing/booting
heavier OSes.
