Ah, that's just a call using a 16-bit call gate. I haven't
filled out the code for that yet. After I do, please retry
this. I used a disk image that was installed in bochs some time
ago. Without going through the install, I probably got by without
hitting that case.
There's quite a few things I could work on in the immediate future
including filling out features like that. But give me a little
bit; I'm going to add support for turning SBE off for user
code (by config option). I believe it's useful to add some
speed first, so we can test/install more efficiently.
