humm, they work fine here... what's the spec of your test box? this is a
K5-100 w/ 16Mb ram, boots using lilo and w/o lilo. I just grabbed that
version from the net and cp'd it to a floppy to test and it works
fine... It *may* seg on < 586 boxen that dont have the rdtsc command, but
it shouldnt be compiled in to that version...

I cant think what's happening... anyone care to debug?
