Integrated NetBSD port from
"Frank van der Linden" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Added framework for running user code (ring3) without prescanning.
This isn't complete yet, so don't turn off prescanning.
IsNullSelector() takes type selector_t now.
It would be good to have confirmation that the NetBSD port works.
