I have the same problem. I guess it's because you cannot tell
the plex86' BIOS to boot from "C,A". When NT reboots, it tries
to boot off the HD and that fails. I'm currently trying to format
the harddisk with a DOS bootdisk, copy the files from the NT
Setup folder on the FAT-formatted harddisk and then run setup
from HD. Unfortunately, I cannot type "/" so I cannot type
"format C:/S" :-)
