[plex86] CVS snapshots

Those of us existing behind firewalls (three layers of them in my
case...sigh...) are not able to use CVS.
Since it WAS originally planned that a CVS snapshot be made every few
weeks and put on the FTP site,
how about it huh??
Please...?
