I'm not experienced with Caldera, but with Redhat you often have to
download entirely new kernel sources.  Did you do this, or is this the
kernel source that came with your distribution?  I've found that with
Redhat 6.2, many people have had problems loading certain modules no
matter how many times they re-compile because Redhat has modified the
sources.  Downloading the latest kernel and recomiling and installing
typically fixes this.
