I wouldn't take his short response as an insult. You asked if you were
missing anything and he pointed it out (maybe not in the nicest way
possible, but give him a break). In any case, if you look at the
mailinglist archives, this very same question is answered no less than 10
times. The problem is that the program cannot find your hard-disk image
(which has been specified in the config file). If you didn't create the
image, then it isn't there. There are instructions as to how to create a
disk image in the cvs sources which you should have downloaded to install
plex86.
