[plex86] user/gui/bitmaps/*.h missing?

I've just pulled a copy of Plex86 from CVS with the aim of looking at
how far it's come along and whether I can get my head round enough of it
to be of any use. However it's not compiling due to a lack of the
user/gui/bitmaps/ directory and associated files. Is this a known
problem? Where can I get them from?
