I have another solution :
I had the same kind of problems with my debian.
It seems that there are incompatibilities between include files from
libc6-dev and include files from the linux kernel. You want to use
the include files from the kernel with a:
configure --with-linux-source=/usr/src/linux
No problem to get plex compiling after that.
