[plex86] Keep Plex86 moving

Kevin,

If you decide not to work on Plex86 and forgo it for another 
opportunity, I'd like to request that you jot down your notes somewhere 
on the current state of plex and whats required for the speed to 
increase and start to support more OS'es and whatnot, so that others can 
pickup your work from where you left off and keep the project moving.
