This applies to SourceForge itself. VA Linux has closed the SourceForge 
license, and require that everybody that develops SourceForce, who 
"contribute software code" to "their product", SourceForge, give them the 
rights to the code.

I'm pretty sure that VA Linux has no intention to demand the rights to the 
projects managed by SourceForge, only to code that is in the product 
SourceForge.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
