It will not work with Cygwin. Plex86 requires a kernel module. This would have to be rewritten as a VXD for Win9x/ME and as a device driver for NT/2000/XP. I have heard rumors of someone doing work in this area, but no reports of anything approaching a usable level as yet. I would not expect to see anything in this area soon.
