Although I agree that the Wiki and other forms of interactive systems have their value, at the moment what they can do for us is limited. We need to have real solid formal documentation before we try to compile something interactive and possibly FAQ-like.
Documentation needs to have both form and substance. FAQ's and such get away with much less in the form category at the expense of being straightforward. We need to get the actual main documentation done (or at least close to it) first, as it is the hard part. Then reference materials will be not only useful, but also easy to compile and mailtain. If you are really psyched about setting up something online, go ahead and make up a draft.
