Actually, every list I'm on allows that.  This includes LKML, plex86,
linux-nfs, atheos, and a few others.  Admittedly LKML has some of the most
sophisticated spam filters I've ever encountered, and get remarkably little
spam.  But the others don't have this spam problem.  Most of them are hosted
on sourceforge.  Do they have spam filters by default?  All that said, the
spam I get from this list is nothing at all compared to what I get directly to
my various email addresses.  It's not even bad enough that I have bothered to
filter the mail coming from my lists. :)
