I'll never understand extreme attitudes like this.
As I recall, I offered to mail it.

Regardless, I had discontinued this practice in light of the overall
limitations of email encryption. This particular key for this particular
address *should* actually be in the public servers. If it is not, it's
because a firewall I don't have control over kept me from providing it
when the email address was created. I have to deal with firewalls like
this both at home and at work.

Not that any of this matters, since you've added this address to your
filters by now. <shrug>
