I'm not 100% sure if it's the correct way, but I use the following in
oprofile.spec:
I put a "Requires: usermode usermode-consoleonly" to the package, I
install the binary in %{_sbindir}/name, and then make a symlink
%{_bindir}/name pointing to "consolehelper".
Then when %{_bindir}/name is run, it will present a dialog for root
password.
