Hello, I've uploaded a new pacakge called sopcast in incoming. Please test 2plf2007.1 at the moment, while 1plf 2007.1 says the package is GPLed, which is obsoletely wrong :)
sopcast should be put in non-free rep, because there is no source available. Regards.
