i am not getting an error message. when i use mcc i can delete the nvidia dkms , driver and kernel. when i go to the installation part of mcc. nvidia kernel is showing to still be there. this is what i was given in the mandriva club to solve the problem. rpm -e --noscripts nvidia-kernel-2.6.17-5mdv-8774-1mdk i enter this as root and it goes away, then i am able to install a nvidia driver. even at this point i dont think my 3d acceleration is working. this is using 64 bit cooker. _______________________________________________ PLF-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://www.zarb.org/mailman/listinfo/plf-discuss
